I read the condolences on the Funeral Home site. Her name is Karen Ingalls and she is Gregory Ingalls wife. I commend you and thank you for posting your account of the story. How tragic and horrific it must be to witness a thing like that. I googled his name and found his obit and other small items that said he died tragically in Wisconsin, that is when I found your post on his accident. As I read on, it stated that her husband had died in '09. There was something that made me read the obit of this lady that was only 48. I was researching older obits from a few months ago, looking for someone I had heard passed away.

I actually saw him leave the road, the truck flew of a berm and hit the trees half way up, flipping it over into a barrel roll, bursting the one fuel tank on the trees. He was headed southbound on I-39 when the accident happened near mile marker 122. Ingalls of West Bath, Maine, was pronounced dead at the scene. However, no names were released and it’s not clear if the first semi-truck driver (the one that failed to brake) would be facing charges.
